Responsibility for Collected Data

Data Collected 
Information about you is collected and stored in the following places:

1. Email addresses, first and last names, and, if applicable, phone numbers in MailerLite, WebinarKit, New Zenler, LinkedIn, and Active Campaign.

2. Email address, first name, last name, and phone number in Calendly for scheduling appointments.

3. Information provided in forms on websites at the beginning of collaborations.

4. Information provided in contact forms and/or comment sections on my websites.

5. Customer information with name, address, organization number, etc., in Speedledger for invoicing.

6. Customer information with name, address, when products, services, or courses are purchased on my websites and paid via Stripe.

7. Customer information with name, address when products, services, or courses are purchased on my websites and paid via PayPal.

8. Customer information with name and email address in Teachable to send information about new lessons and updates.

9. Email addresses, first and last names, and phone numbers in Zoom, EasyWebinar, Stealthseminar, and WebinarKit when individuals sign up for meetings and webinars. In some cases, information from Zoom, WebinarKit is imported into Mailerlite or Active Campaign to send relevant information based on the webinars you participated in. Your responses to surveys and forms are saved in Google Forms or MailerLite, depending on where you answered these questions. There are also forms in ConvertBox that may contain your name, email address, and information about your business. It is your responsibility not to provide sensitive information in these forms.

All this information is collected to provide you with relevant information in my areas of expertise, primarily:

1. Marketing and strategies
2. Automations and integrations between online and offline systems.
3. Courses and coaching in these areas.

The information may be presented as newsletters, SMS, ads on social media, and/or at offline or online events.

I do not collect any sensitive data about you or my customers. I only send information to help you succeed online, and usually, you receive emails a few times a week. During the times of the year I launch, you may receive emails more frequently. I dislike spam as much as you do.
