I have spent the past 9 years working closely with entrepreneurs and business owners on their online courses, group coaching programs, webinars, and automated workflows.

The focus has always been on succeeding online and monetizing their knowledge while helping more people.  

During the first 7 years, before I shifted my focus, I ran an agency where I worked with digital marketing, web, social media, email marketing, and held courses in these areas both online and in my own office space.  

During this time, I have worked with hundreds of students and clients, and I have had the privilege of mentoring many of the online entrepreneurs you know today!  

As times change, as the industry shifts, as algorithms go haywire, and as circumstances continue to vary from day to day, there are principles that remain timeless and enduring. That is where we place our focus.  

The core of my strategy lies in my concept "1000 leads in 30 days" which both you and your customers will love! The strategies are based on all the lessons I have learned during my 16 years as an entrepreneur.

So what's my story? At least parts of it.

1998

I had just graduated from university with a bachelor's degree in computer science. I immediately started working for an insurance company and further developed their life insurance system. We used the ancient programming language COBOL in a mainframe environment. After a year, I realized that the workplace was quite stagnant and not the best environment for me to grow.

1999 - 2000

I decided to go back to school and study game development for a year, just for fun. At the end of the course, while job hunting, I serendipitously found a web development position at a financial business. After an interview on a Thursday, I started the job on Monday. Bye, bye game development...

2000 - 2008

Worked for a company with 500+ employees that was always at the forefront and with an owner who ensured quick decision-making, which suits me and my personality much better. Here I had many different roles and responsibilities. As I mentioned, I started as a web developer but soon I was working with their most critical systems and got more and more involved in deciding how to get the most out of all the systems and also was the one that created a few new but very important systems. Unfortunately all these high maintenance projects and responsibilities ended in burnout.

2008 - 2015

After some rest I finally started my own business as a web developer. Helping business owners build websites that sell. After some time, I realized that my clients needed more assistance beyond just their websites. So I began offering on-site courses on creating websites that convert, social media strategies, and email marketing. These courses were highly appreciated and affordable for business owners. However, they consumed too much of my time, making me feel imprisoned by that business model. Even though I had recorded some videos for repetition and made them available online, I wasn't fully online yet.

2015 - 2017

So in March 2015, I launched my first online course about how to "Create a stylish and effective website that attracts customers," and it was a success. I had a conversion rate of 20% despite my tiny email list. Most gurus tell you that they had crickets or just got $250 in sales, often to encourage you that you are able to reach where they are now. But let's face it, not many do.

2017 - 2018

When I ran my course, I noticed how many people struggled with their tech and what to do when launching a course, so I decided to help them. I launched my flagship course, "Succeed Online," to assist people with tech, strategies, and funnels. Several happy clients from that time still offer the same or similar online courses using the foundation they built with me. Some of them even fell in love with Facebook Ads when they understood how to use them to maximize ROI. When I talk about ROI, I always mean both financially and time-wise. Freedom is one of my core values and the primary reason I started my business.

2018 - 2021

After a few years of launching, I attended several conferences in the United States and realized that what I had been teaching my clients, others charged $10,000 for. Feeling a bit discouraged, I returned home, rebuilt my course, and began delivering it as a membership. At that time, most people offered memberships for $29 to $69 a month with a cancel-anytime policy. Feeling a bit bold, I offered mine for $149 a month with a 3-month commitment. It was fun initially, but over time, I noticed that some people weren't making the progress I had hoped for them, and it broke my heart. Even with everything delivered on a silver platter, their results were poor. So I realized they didn't have enough skin in the game.

2021 - 2024

So I redid everything, packaged it all up in a high-ticket offer, and finally, my clients got the results I was aiming for. It wasn't just the repackaging that made the difference. I also became pickier about which clients I accepted. They had to be at a certain level and have tried things on their own first, so they understood they needed help. I understand that. I'm also a rebel and want to try things on my own first. Stubbornly, I don't seek help until I have exhausted my own methods.

2024 -  

And now it's time for something new again. Since I'm tired of group coaching I'm going back to offering private mentorship and different packages depending on what YOU need. Maybe you want to downsize your team and automate some of the tasks they are doing today. You might be senior in your field but new to online business and want help to do the right thing from the start. Or maybe you just want my support regarding a plan and roadmap for what to do, or maybe you want me to execute the plan. If you find it hard to decide, I advise you to invest in what you think is best and I'll help you decide what's best for you at the Set the stage meeting. That's why it's important that you book that meeting right after your payment.

I just want to be honest with you; NO half-assing is allowed when working with me. If you're not committed to your success, I can't be either. You (and/or your team) need to be prepared to do the work, both in terms of mindset and the actual (and sometimes boring) tasks unless you have invested in ME doing all the boring and techy stuff. But despite that, there are no overnight successes, regardless of all the marketing that might make you believe otherwise.

This is NOT a group program - it's YOU (sometimes your team) and ME working together.
